This is our case studies page where you can see some of our previous work and we can expand on what we did in a bit more detail.
Three Oaks
A large 4 bedroom bungalow in the village of Winkleigh. The property was purchased with the intention of converting into an Air bnb, in order for us to do that we needed to change the layout of a few areas to we managed to create 2 ensuites without losing any bedrooms or living space. The property also gained an extension to house the new kitchen diner as well as the benefit of a full re-wire and re-plumb it also gained central heating which it was in desperate need of before.
Externally the property had some roofing works, a new tarmac drive and retaining walls but the most impressive area is the new steel frame deck and major landscape overhaul to reclaim the garden.

Cedar Cladding
A great job to get involved in, we went in as subcontractors for a developer to get the cedar cladding completed on 2 large modern homes. Over 300 square metres with counter battening that needed correcting as we went. The job went well and the cedar came out looking incredible. We even stayed on to do all of the finish carpentry in one of the houses, over 20 oak doors, skirting, architraves and stairwells.
